You will lead the end-to-end architectural design of talent solutions for our next generation of global Resideo Employees – Engineering Tomorrow's Talent, Today. In this pivotal role, you will define scalable, secure, and high-performing system solutions that span the Talent Management and Talent Development (emphasis on Development) ecosystems. Working closely with HRBPs, HR Admin, IT, and business teams, you'll shape systems that empower our employees to thrive. This position requires deep hands-on development, facilitation, and instructional design experience. You will have felt the weight of talent system decisions through hands-on implementation while possessing the broader perspective needed to orchestrate scalable solutions across multiple programs and portfolios.
