As a Lead, Operations in Last Mile at RXO, you will coordinate with site leadership to provide support for all home delivery services and assist in handling day-to-day operations. Requirements

4 years of experience in operations
Experience with Microsoft Office
Routing applications

Nice To Haves

2 years of experience in logistics or transportation, customer service, and customer escalations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Leverage operational metrics to identify improvement areas and create actionable plans to improve the business
Foster positive working relationships with the team, contract carriers, and driver helpers
Assist with the loadout and check-in process daily
Manage the dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day
Partner with the Operations Manager to identify problem areas, including restructuring routes to improve operational efficiencies
Train and develop contract carriers, dispatchers and warehouse personnel to meet and exceed customer expectations
