You'll play a key role in bringing comprehensive promotional and value stories to life in our stores, enhancing the guest experience, and embodying Target's core values. As an LED UV Large Press Operator working within Target Printing Services, you'll operate 28" x 40" LED UV offset printing equipment. Responsible for running of offset sheet-fed 8-color (4/4 + Coater), 40” press in achieving high standard production rates and quality. Responsible for flexing to 6-color (Straight + coater), 40” conventional press in achieving high standard production rates and quality. Partners with Sr. Large Press Assistant and oversees delivery operation of offset sheet-fed 8-color, 40” presses. Responsible for maintaining or exceeding all quality standards. Maintains strict adherence to all operational, safety, and quality procedures. Enters all production data into the Monarch data collection system including the start and end time of the task assigned, the quantity of production produced, etc. as required by the Production Manager. Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area. Cleans work area before moving to the next task. Responsible to flex to any cost center when business needs arise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years of set-up and operating experience on offset presses.
• Quality conscious.

• Strong aptitude with water balance as it pertains to print.

• Able to stand for long periods of time and use a variety of motor skills including pushing and pulling, lifting up to 50+ pounds, bending, twisting, fine manual dexterity, acute vision, color vision, etc.
• Able to read and understand simple technical instructions in English.
• Capable of following written and oral instructions.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
