Requirements

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum of two years in clinical type setting is required.
• Experience must be strong in phlebotomy management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent people skills a must.
• ALL MUST be included for your application to be considered: CV/Resume, Cover Letter, Internal candidates must provide their past performance appraisals.
• Foreign trained lab personnel to provide a detailed equivalency High School evaluation to include US equivalent degree at the applicant's expense.

Responsibilities

• Assists supervisor in managing the daily operations of the specimen collection and processing.
• Acts as supervisor in the absence of the supervisor.
• Functions as a Phlebotomist when not performing supervisory duties (90%).
