About The Position
The Laboratory Lead Courier at Rochester Regional Health is responsible for executing courier route assignments while maintaining specimen integrity in compliance with NYS Health Department Regulations. This full-time position requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage logistics and dispatching needs. The Lead Courier will also handle incoming client calls and work closely with the Patient Service and Lab Processing teams to resolve issues outside of regular business hours.
