About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Lab Assistant is responsible for leading the Lab Assistants in daily operation, culture of the department/organization, and patient care. This position also actively performs phlebotomy duties outlined in direct patient care as a Lab Assistant and works collaboratively with the Manager of Laboratory Services to ensure competencies are in compliance with regulatory agencies’ standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year Phlebotomy Experience
