A Lead Kitchen Steward oversees the kitchen stewarding team and ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are maintained. The role includes supervising daily stewarding operations, assigning tasks, training staff, monitoring hygiene and HACCP compliance, managing cleaning schedules, and ensuring proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment. The Lead Kitchen Steward supports kitchen and culinary teams by maintaining an efficient, organized, and safe kitchen environment while ensuring smooth operations during service. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$24.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until April 17, 2026.
