About The Position

We’re seeking a Lead Kitchen Oil Technician to join our Dayton team and take charge of fryer management and oil filtration services across commercial kitchens. This is a mobile, hands-on role with leadership responsibilities—ideal for someone who thrives independently, takes pride in their work, and is ready to set the standard for service excellence. As a lead technician, you’ll not only manage your own route but also serve as a point of contact for team support, training, and quality assurance. We’re offering a higher starting rate to attract candidates who bring experience, initiative, and a commitment to leading by example.

Requirements

• Must live in the Greater Dayton Area
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 45 pounds
• Willing to start shifts between midnight and 3:00 AM
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass drug screen and background check
