Lead IT Solutions Architect
About The Position
MAXISIQ is seeking a Lead IT Solutions Architect to be named as Key Personnel for a pending U.S. Army IT modernization program proposal. This position will be part of our proposal submission and will be hired upon contract award. In this role, you will lead technical assessment, architecture strategy, and solution development for enterprise network modernization efforts supporting the Army’s TENM initiative. The successful candidate will guide modernization activities, ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, and lead engineering efforts to standardize technology solutions across multiple environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience (within the last 15 years) as a Network Engineer with demonstrable success in enterprise-level projects.
- Active Secret clearance (must be current and verifiable).
- 5+ years (within the last 7 years) designing and developing large-scale IT solutions similar in complexity to the TENM requirement.
- 5+ years leading a network modernization project of equivalent scope and scale for a DoD customer.
Nice To Haves
- Possess a current Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Certification or comparable certification.
- Two years’ experience coordinating integration effort involving commercial internet services providers.
- Five years’ experience supporting DoD network integration, modernization, or enterprise IT integration efforts.
- Five years’ experience conducting technical analysis using industry-standard tools to inform integration decisions.
