Summary: In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of high risk, complex infrastructure enterprise product/service as part of Agile environment. You will represent IT products and services to the business and IT customers, coordinating product and service implementations, integrations and performance monitoring with team.

Requirements

Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of relevant experience in software engineering required.
Proven practical experience with multiple technology stacks including SQL Server and MicroStrategy.
Experience with Agile Development is required.
Experience with data architecture required.
Experience with data automation and Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) is required.

Nice To Haves

MicroStrategy Certified Architect and Developer preferred.
Business knowledge of HRSA 340B drug program preferred.

Responsibilities

Define the nature and scope of high risk, complex infrastructure enterprise products or services to deliver increased functionality, automation, and agility.
Partner with Enterprise Architects and other Infrastructure and product service owners to ensure designs incorporate best practices and technology solutions.
Recommend tactics for leveraging advancements in technical trends and emerging technology to assist in long-term planning.
Act as an internal consultant on IT external best practices.
Measure and improve end-to-end efficiency of infrastructure products and services including consistency, mean time to deliver, capacity consumption, availability, ease of use, cost failure rate and identify and mitigate process bottlenecks.
Implement non-functional requirements such as availability, scalability, instrumentation, latency, performance efficiency, change management and disaster recovery.
Coordinate infrastructure product and service releases.
Ensure Agile approach to direct team members in day-to-day execution of work; Incidents, automation tasks, and product/service improvement tasks.
Identify and implement improvements to workflows using Lean principles to provide steady and predictable delivery of products and services.
Communicate project tasks and deliverable timelines to inform priority decisions and drive transparency, autonomy, and accountability.
Co-manage vendor relationships with IT Sourcing team.
Develop and manage product roadmaps.
