MGM product managers act as the CEO of their product area and are responsible for delivering digital solutions to the most critical customer problems and business opportunities. They have a distinctive skill set that combines engineering, design and business knowledge with a deep empathy for customers to create engaging experiences across MGM's physical and digital properties. They are leaders who want to drive their product to become the next source of growth for MGM and can inspire their team members towards a goal without direct authority.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and leading digital products at scale.
• Experience working within an agile product team building customer facing software.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
• Knowledge of software design, integrations & development best-practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across MGM to identify high-value areas impacting both customer and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, analytics, and operational teams to build business cases for each opportunity; lead prioritization with stakeholders to create clear, data-driven strategies.
• Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies essential for scaling your product.
• Work with architecture and program teams to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and opportunity costs, ensuring an efficient, value-driven roadmap with measurable financial impact.
• Partner with engineering, design, and operational teams to develop thoughtful, customer-focused products that deliver an easy and memorable experience.
• Continuously drive product performance towards committed goals, customer needs, and operational excellence to achieve desired results.
• Own the quality and outcomes of your product by leading user testing and establishing KPI monitoring.
