About The Position

Victory Live is seeking a Lead IT Engineer to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and operations. This role will oversee the company’s hardware, software, and systems across both Mac and Windows environments. Key responsibilities include managing identity and access solutions such as Okta and JumpCloud, domain management, and Google Workspace (Gmail)—ensuring all systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The Lead IT Engineer will support both remote and on-site employees, while also being responsible for office IT operations such as hardware provisioning, networking, and day-to-day user support. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a strong IT posture and drive continuous improvement. This role also includes providing technical leadership and mentorship to other IT team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing across the team. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills and will be 100% on-site in our Atlanta office.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Okta for identity and access management, SSO, and MFA.
  • Expertise in managing Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), particularly Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
  • Expertise in managing Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with domain management (DNS, SSL certificates) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Understanding of office IT equipment, networking infrastructure, and basic system administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT support and systems management.
  • Experience managing both on-site and remote IT environments.
  • Experience provisioning both Windows and MacOS machines.
  • Proven experience managing user accounts, security settings, and workflows in Google Workspace and Okta.
  • Experience in office IT setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage small IT teams or vendors.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee IT initiatives and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Proven ability to manage IT support operations, ensuring that user issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
