About The Position

Lead daily interventional imaging operations as Lead Structural Heart Technologist, driving exceptional quality imaging, patient care, and efficient workflow. Oversee quality control testing, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance to maintain patient safety and advance quality improvement initiatives. Mentor and train Technologists, providing orientation, coaching, and performance feedback to strengthen the interdisciplinary team. Support complex structural heart procedures by positioning patients and selecting precise anatomic and technical parameters to optimize clinical outcomes.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in General Practice credentialed from the Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Cardiac-Intrvn Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) and Curriculum Vitae (CV) also accepted.
  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Structural Heart experience preferred
  • 3+ years of Cath Lab experience
