About The Position

The Team Lead of Intake is responsible for performing the duties of an Intake Clinician as well as overseeing the functioning of the Access Center in accordance with current standards of mental health practices and facility policy, goal and objectives. Duties include performance of initial evaluations as well as coordinating patient flow, updating bed boards and ensuring census is completed, monitoring direct referrals, and ensuring that general intake work is completed appropriately during their time of supervision.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field, or RN.
• Licensed in field, preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in mental health field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations for patients.
• Coordinate patient flow within the Access Center.
• Update bed boards and ensure census is completed.
• Monitor direct referrals to the facility.
• Oversee general intake work during supervision.
