Lead Insulation Installer
About The Position
Any Hour Services specializes in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for over 50 years. We are looking to bring on several plumbers into our plumbing department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Insulation Installer to run insulation projects from start to finish. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused—you’ll be leading crews, ensuring quality work, and keeping jobs on track.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insulation installation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials and methods
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise insulation crews on residential and/or commercial projects
- Install insulation materials (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Read job specs and ensure work meets company standards and local codes
- Train and mentor installers and helpers
- Coordinate with project managers and customers on-site
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Handle basic job documentation and material tracking
