About The Position

Overview We are looking and an experienced Lead Instrumentation Engineer in Aurora, OH. This role would include working with customers and automation teams to implement turnkey solutions around process instrumentation. Responsibilities Serves as Lead Engineer on project work for clients and is responsible for gathering and analyzing technical data used to furnish a design package of instruments to fulfill scope of work requirements that include, generating instrument lists, I/O lists, specifications, procurement submittals, operation & maintenance documents, training, and related design documents. Specifying, procuring, and calibrating instruments (i.e. flow, level, temperature, analytical, pressure, etc.). Perform as lead instrumentation engineer interfacing with customers. Maintain effective communication with project team members, other departments, suppliers, and clients. Perform basic field commissioning and start-up of process control systems as they relate to instrumentation. Direct and check the work of designers and engineers ensuring all standards are met. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in related engineering field (preferable electrical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering). Requirements
