About The Position
Make sure all classes are reconciled properly Control temperature through app in the Hot Yoga room Assist keeping all equipment organized and clean-Dumbbells in Group Fitness room, plates, Waist trainers and Slastix Be available cover classes when needed Be a part of the audition and interview processes Recruiting new instructors Train and educate new MSR's with all Group Fitness Classes Assist with coordination of PTs to come and help with classes during their floor hours Assist with coordinating and planning new quarterly schedules Onboarding new instructors Be a part of semi annual instructor evaluations. Meetings: Monthly or Weekly Department Employee Training Meetings
Requirements
- Maintain valid CPR Certification
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification: ACE or NASM preferred
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication
