About The Position
The Lead Instructor at Club Pilates Desert Ridge is responsible for leading Pilates group reformer classes and ensuring a positive and inclusive studio culture. This role requires a confident and energetic certified Pilates instructor who is passionate about health and fitness, and who can inspire and motivate clients. The Lead Instructor will also manage administrative tasks, support other instructors, and promote studio revenue through various initiatives.
