About The Position

Expo Home Improvement is seeking skilled and experienced Lead Installers to join their team, starting with a training class on April 27, 2026. This role involves overseeing the installation of high-quality bathroom projects, managing a team of two, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Lead Installer is responsible for leading a team, ensuring proper installation techniques and safety procedures, and training new installers. They will install various remodeling components like bathtubs, showers, and other bath fixtures, ensuring all work meets company and industry standards. The role also involves coordinating with the Installation Manager, reviewing project plans, communicating with customers, and resolving any issues that arise. Safety and compliance on job sites are paramount. Requirements

5+ years of experience in home remodeling, with a focus on acrylic bath installations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate.
In-depth knowledge of installation techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience with acrylic residential bath installations.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to high standards.
Ensuring proper installation techniques and safety procedures are followed.
Train new installers on best practices, product knowledge, and company policies.
Install various remodeling components, including bathtubs, showers, and other bath fixtures, ensuring precision and high-quality craftsmanship.
Ensure all installations meet or exceed company and industry standards for quality and safety.
Coordinate with the Installation Manager to ensure materials and supplies are available and projects stay on schedule.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure installations are performed correctly and efficiently.
Communicate directly with customers to ensure project expectations are met and resolve any concerns.
Ensure all installation work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
Follow company policies regarding health and safety on job sites.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installation, including product defects, material shortages, or customer concerns.
Provide recommendations for improvements in installation processes or materials.
