Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and install best practices
• Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and hold high standards
• Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Great communication and customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of installers on residential and/or light commercial HVAC projects
• Oversee full system installations (split systems, package units, ductwork, etc.)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to Byrum HVAC quality standards
• Communicate with customers onsite—explaining work, answering questions, and delivering a top-notch experience
• Troubleshoot challenges on the fly and keep projects moving
• Maintain job documentation, materials, and inventory accuracy
• Partner with service, sales, and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly
