About the position
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Lead Installer to oversee and execute the installation of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and plantation shutters. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. The Lead Installer will manage full installations, ensure projects are completed on time, and uphold our company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install blinds, shades, and plantation shutters.
- Manage full installations and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean work space during installations.
- Interact with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-solve and address any installation challenges that arise.
- Oversee and plan installations, ensuring quality workmanship.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience with power tools.
- 1 year of experience with hand tools.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead installation projects.
- Comfortable working on ladders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in carpentry or related fields.
- Skills in blueprint reading.
