About The Position

The Lead Installer is responsible for supervising the installation crew on-site to ensure the safety of the crew, quality of the installation, while providing world class service and effective communication to all parties. This position will also physically install ADA signage. Candidate must be able to travel out of state.

Requirements

• Sign Installation and/or Fabrication Experience
• Highschool Diploma
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Timely – prompt with attendance and meeting deadlines
• Administrative Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Tech Savvy
• Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Detail Oriented
• Proficient in using Power and Hand Tools (drills, saws, angle grinders)

Responsibilities

• Supervising the installation crew on-site
• Ensure the crew's safety
• Ensure quality of the installation
• Provide effective communication to all parties
• Physically install ADA signage
• Enter data into the End of Install Report (daily, at completion of installation)
• Keeping PM’s and Clients up to date in real time of any installation issues
• Input updates and information into Fieldwire (daily)
• Accurately log time into company software (daily)
