Requirements

Have STRONG plumbing experience (license preferred but we'll work with the right person)
Led crews before and earned their respect
3+ years in construction/remodeling (1+ year with acrylic systems)
Follow proven systems and procedures to ensure consistency
Can train newbies the RIGHT way - our way
Solve problems instead of creating them
Actually care if the customer is happy
Ready to travel occasionally to serve Florida homeowners
Have a valid license & can pass background/drug screening
