About The Position

The Commercial Installation Lead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, freezers). This role involves mentoring, leading, and motivating team members in a safe, productive, and efficient manner. The position requires installing commercial HVACR and kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications, designing, fabricating, and installing various ducts and duct fittings as required, and communicating professionally with customers and team members regarding repairs and status updates. Additionally, the lead will document tasks accurately and maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms consistent with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that aligns with safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing background.
• Contractor, journeyman, and or HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner.

• Document tasks (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
