About The Position

This position is tasked with leading installation analysis scopes for ongoing projects/tenders/FEEDs. This position will be required to contribute to technical scopes and to support offshore execution by TechnipFMC for a given project.Job DescriptionLead multiple installation analysis projects through planning and execution, reporting status and resource needs to project leadership.Perform installation analyses for subsea umbilicals, risers, flowlines, and structures, ensuring technical quality and compliance with guidelines.Review, approve, and oversee analysis deliverables, guidelines, CTR inputs, and standard work instructions.Coordinate with Global Engineering Centers and internal disciplines to align scope, schedule, and up‑to‑date project requirements.Serve as main interface with Clients and guide Engineers on proper client communication and expectations.Mentor and support Graduate, Level 1 & 2, Senior, and GEC Analysis Engineers, ensuring high technical and professional performance.Drive departmental and team initiatives, maintaining productivity, resource utilization, and project commitments within budget and schedule.Generate technical reports and participate in Constructability Reviews and Hazard Identification Risk Assessments (HIRA).You are meant for this job if:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Ocean Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Expert understanding level of the standards and regulations such as API and DNV. Ability to research and apply the required codes to given areas as needed.
  • 8+ years of experience creating and leading installation analysis in offshore/subsea industry.
  • Proficient in working with Orcaflex and is able to run static and dynamic modelling analysis; working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, VBA, or Matlab is desirable.
  • Proficient in subsea pipeline (Reel-Lay, S-Lay or J-Lay), umbilicals and flexible analysis engineering.
  • Proficient in subsea structure installation analysis engineering (lifting, lowering and landing).
  • Expert understanding level of Subsea Umbilical’s, Risers, and Flowline (SURF) infrastructure with general awareness of SPS (Subsea Production Systems).
