About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Technician or experienced Level 2 Technician who can work independently and is interested in growing into a stronger leadership role. This position supports enterprise-level electronic security projects and offers training to further develop lead and project supervision skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience installing, servicing, and programming commercial access control, IP-based video, and intrusion systems
  • Minimum 3 years of experience acting as a project lead, responsible for jobsite or task supervision
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to support customer systems remotely using professional diagnostics and troubleshooting methods
  • Practical, hands-on knowledge of IP networking
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Lead or independently execute installation, termination, configuration, and testing of enterprise security systems
  • Systems include access control, CCTV, IP cameras, intrusion systems, video analytics, IP networks, and visitor management platforms
  • Lead teams on project installations and ensure work is completed to scope and quality standards
  • Organize and manage workload efficiently to meet project timelines
  • Interact professionally with customers while providing general project supervision
  • Manage quality control and deliver strong customer service
  • Track project progress and provide status updates as required
