About The Position

Masters Heating & Cooling is seeking experienced Journeyman Lead HVAC Installers to join our team at our Fort Wayne location. As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial applications. Requirements

Previous experience as a Lead HVAC Installer or similar role
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
Familiarity with air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, geos, and other HVAC equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
Journeyman License in HVAC/R
HVAC: 4 years (Required)
Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

Journeyman License (Preferred)
if candidate has experience for card we will pay for HVAC journeyman license test

Responsibilities

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and industry standards
Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions during install
Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
