You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement Team focused on achieving common goals Ability to continue to learn skills of the trade and keep current on industry trends Commitment to delivering exceptional service for the company and our customers Requirements: Candidate will work out of our Indianapolis, IN location 5+ years HVAC Installing experience required Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus! Requirements

• Candidate will work out of our Indianapolis, IN location
• 5+ years HVAC Installing experience required
• Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
