The Opportunity We’re hiring a Lead Insights & Decision Science expert to elevate how Bizee understands performance, customers, and growth. This is a senior IC role for someone who loves turning data into clarity, clarity into insight, and insight into action. You’ll architect the dashboards, scorecards, and analytical frameworks that power our WBR/MBR cycles, guide prioritization, and drive strategic decisions across Product, Growth, Marketing, Operations, and the Executive team. You’ll redesign how the business consumes data, building decision-ready visualizations, diagnosing activation and retention drivers, and defining the metrics that matter most as we scale our Entrepreneur Operating System. Requirements

  • 5+ years in analytics, insights, BI, decision science, or data strategy roles.
  • Mastery of data storytelling you turn analysis into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Mode, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong SQL and comfort partnering with data engineering teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Marketing, CX, Finance, and Exec leadership.
  • Strong business intuition and instinct for what metrics actually matter.
  • Expertise in funnel analytics, cohort analysis, retention modeling, and experimentation.
  • Craft-level skill in information design and visual communication.
  • A bias for action, ownership, clarity, and building systems that scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build Bizee’s insight architecture: design dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems that make decisions obvious.
  • Own the WBR/MBR intelligence layer: define KPIs, instrumentation standards, and business reporting rhythms.
  • Turn data into decisions: translate trends into root-cause analysis, insights, and clear recommendations.
  • Diagnose growth drivers: uncover patterns across funnel drop-offs, activation, retention, LTV, churn, and customer behavior.
  • Improve acquisition performance: partner with Growth on CAC efficiency, attribution, and paid channel insights.
  • Enable Product & Experience: provide usage insights, experiment analysis, segmentation, and leading indicator frameworks.
  • Design executive-ready visualizations: build dashboards that simplify the complex and highlight what matters.
  • Partner with Data Engineering & AI: ensure data models, pipelines, and event structures support decision-making.
  • Create narrative insight memos: articulate the “what,” “so what,” and “now what” behind each insight.
  • Drive metric governance: ensure consistency in definitions, source-of-truth logic, and reporting quality.
