Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in electrical distribution or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of sales administration and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience handling complex accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Time management and multitasking.
  • Technical understanding of electrical products.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and drive sales growth through proactive engagement.
  • Upsell and cross-sell electrical products and value-added services.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive pricing, and product innovations.
  • Report on customer feedback and market insights to management.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and support team development.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
