About The Position

The Lead Information Security Analyst, Governance at Nike will play a critical role in ensuring that information security policies and standards are clearly defined and communicated across the organization. This position involves consulting with various partners within Nike, leveraging knowledge of security policies, standards, and industry best practices to enhance the company's information security posture. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on measuring adherence to security policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, and CISSP preferred.
  • Experience and working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
  • Experience and working knowledge of Center for Information Security (CIS) hardening standards.
  • Experience in a variety of information technology disciplines strongly desired.
  • Former system administration experience, IT audit, or risk advisory experience desired.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to think logically and strategically about technical solutions that are efficient, scalable, and reusable.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a drive to work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly-matrixed, ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and manage conflict.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute all processes associated with the review of information security policies, standards, and secure configurations.
  • Collaborate with training and awareness functions to ensure that information security content aligns with the Nike Information Security Program.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), Legal, and Privacy stakeholders to ensure alignment of policies and standards with industry trends and company risk appetite.
  • Report to senior leadership on changes to maturity trends, identifying areas needing additional investment or prioritization.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for timely governance of emerging technologies, applying a growth mindset.
  • Operate independently and show measurable progress daily.
  • Stay current on information technologies, trends, standards, and best practices.
  • Obtain deep technical and process knowledge across multiple security and IT domains quickly.
