As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- 1+ year experience
- Strong Social-Emotional Skills and a Positive Discipline Mindset
- Able to guide children with empathy, set clear boundaries with kindness, and foster a nurturing environment that encourages self-regulation and respect.
- Developmentally Appropriate Instructional Skills
- Understands early childhood milestones and uses engaging, hands-on methods to build foundational skills in literacy, math, and problem-solving, preparing students for kindergarten success.
- Collaborative and Reflective Approach
- Works well with families, colleagues, and school leadership, and is open to feedback and continuous learning to support each child’s growth and classroom community.
