About The Position

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. The Lead Infant Teacher is responsible for creating a warm, responsive, and stimulating classroom environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months). This role requires a compassionate educator who understands early childhood development and can build strong relationships with children, families, and team members. Requirements

Minimum of 45 DCF hours (or willingness to obtain)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Prior 1year experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting
Strong understanding of infant development and care practices

Responsibilities

Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants
Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Provide attentive, individualized care including feeding, diapering, and comforting
Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding their child’s progress
Supervise and mentor assistant teachers in the classroom
Ensure compliance with all state licensing and company standards
Maintain accurate records and daily reports
