About The Position
The Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the preventative maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and material handling systems at Cencora's Buford, GA location. This role involves diagnosing equipment issues, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring effective communication with management regarding maintenance operations. The technician will also supervise a team of Maintenance Support Specialists and may be required to work split shifts, nights, and weekends.
