About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, entry-level Lead In Training Installer to join our team and support the Install Department by learning to install heating and cooling systems. The Lead In Training Installer will assist in complete heat pump, air-conditioner/furnace, and mini-split installation activities in a resident's home following industry, manufacturer, and company practices. The company will provide training in our office, classroom, and on-the-job. The successful candidate will have strong work-ethic, problem-solving skills and be able to learn to work independently.

Requirements

• Work experience demonstrating a mechanical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Introductory knowledge of electrical, plumbing
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid, insurable driver's license and pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

• Learn to install heating and cooling equipment working under direction of a lead installer
• Progress through 5 levels of the company Lead In Training program
• Complete required training in a timely fashion
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
