The Lead Identity Access Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PAM solutions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to protect sensitive data and critical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in PAM technologies (CyberArk), and a proactive approach to solving complex security challenges. This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Womens and Families Hospital.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Required
  • 5 years experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Privileged Access Management Required
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments Required General Experience
  • Strong knowledge of PAM technologies; specifically, CyberArk Required General Experience and demonstrated proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect Required General Experience
  • Previous hands-on experience with automation and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash Required
