The Lead Identity Access Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PAM solutions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to protect sensitive data and critical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in PAM technologies (CyberArk), and a proactive approach to solving complex security challenges. This position requires three days per week on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at Temple Health’s Women and Families campus.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 5 years experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Privileged Access Management Required
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments Required
  • Strong knowledge of PAM technologies; specifically, CyberArk Required
  • demonstrated proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect Required
  • Previous hands-on experience with automation and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Preferred
