Position Purpose: The Lead SailPoint Level 3 Engineer is a senior technical role responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions. This role requires deep expertise in IAM concepts, hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ, and the ability to lead complex integration and automation initiatives across enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in Identity and Access Management using SailPoint IIQ.
  • Profound experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support and development.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
  • Strong skills in code debugging and resolution.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow problem management.
  • Competence in identifying code deficiencies, reviewing logs, researching errors, and replicating issues to find solutions.
  • Solid programming skills in Java, BeanShell, with PowerShell being a beneficial addition.
  • Experience in coding for Lifecycle Event management and a clear understanding of its phases.
  • Development expertise in SailPoint connectors, including but not limited to Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, delimited file, and IIQ ServiceNow configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Identity Cubes, Identity Attribute Mappings, LCM/LCE Workflows, Role management, and SOD policies.
  • Experience with GitLab or similar platforms.
  • Agile environment operation skills, including Scrum methodology and JIRA boards.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD Pipeline principles.
  • Basic SQL language proficiency.
  • Ability to review code, including fixes and new developments, to ensure intended actions are correct for approval as part of the CI/CD pipeline and GitLab merge requests.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 5 – 7 years of related experience.
  • Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
  • Experience with Active Directory and SailPoint IIQ
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing Security
  • Knowledge of Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions
  • In-depth experience managing Identity Lifecycle processes
  • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Understanding of CyberArk functionality
  • ServiceNow Integration experience
  • Advanced SQL language proficiency
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools

Responsibilities
