The Global Tools and Automation Technology Team LEAD is responsible for leading with focus on the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation tools and technologies across the ADM organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of automation technologies and a proven track record in managing global needs. The manager will ensure the alignment of automation initiatives with business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key responsibilities include overseeing the design and deployment of automation solutions, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems. The manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including technology leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects.
