About The Position

Lead I, Experiential Learning Placements supports Specialists I and II collaborators by providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure process adherence, quality of learner and site communications, and timely execution of placements. This role does not replace specialists in their day-to-day work but ensures consistency, compliance, and team development.

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Specialist I and II role for at least one year.
• Strong mentorship, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with learner placement systems, portals, and administrative processes.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide guidance to Specialist I and II collaborator to improve workflow and adherence to SOPs.
• Review and monitor compliance with operational processes and escalate deviations to management.
• Assist in onboarding and training new Specialists I and II.
• Support problem-solving and resolution for escalated learner or site issues.
• Monitor KPIs and team metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with Specialists I and II to identify process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Participate in functional and cross-functional meetings to support team alignment.
• Ensure consistent use of CRMs, portals, and other technology tools for accurate and timely communication.
