Requirements

At least 5+ years of HVAC experience
High school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check
We are willing to train the right individual !
Are you passionate about servicing A/C units?
Can you manage your time well and prioritize tasks effectively?
Are you an organized leader who can appropriately diagnose A/C units in the allotted timing and follow through to ensure good results?
Would you be able to communicate to clients proposals for repairs?
Are you dependable?
Do you have what it takes to teach and mentor others for success?
