The Lead HVAC Service Technician must be able to effectively work with customers and team members. The individual will often be the face of the company and must be courteous, friendly, and professional. Requirements

  • Advanced Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Modern Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with inverter technology, energy-efficient solutions, and indoor air quality principles.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan is preferred.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate options effectively with clients.
  • Texas Driver’s License.
  • EPA Certification (implied by "qualified HVAC technician" and "adhere to applicable codes").

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 5 years on-demand residential field service
  • Familiarity with Service Titan
