  • Provide leadership and technical expertise to Service Technicians
  • Inspect all systems fully to provide proper recommendations
  • Generate leads for new equipment sales
  • Sell and install large ticket repairs
  • Build and establish relationships and rapport with our clients while providing them with the best solutions for their home comfort systems
  • Educate the customer on the health and operation of their system
  • Provide customers with the correct solutions for their HVAC needs
  • Strives for nothing below a 5-star customer experience with every interaction
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
  • Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling
  • Completes appointments in a timely manner
  • Communicate findings, and necessary repairs to customers
  • Ability to work independently without much supervision
  • Maintains vehicle cleanliness (inside and out) and escalates vehicle service maintenance needs in a timely manner to optimize vehicle's safety, performance, and longevity
  • Five plus years of experience strongly preferred servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • EPA required
  • NATE certified strongly preferred
  • Experience servicing Lennox and Carrier equipment a plus
  • Ability to take and follow directions from management and can work independently
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds
  • Successfully pass background check and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record pursuant to company standards
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces including on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
  • Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold
  • NATE certified
  • Experience servicing Lennox and Carrier equipment
