WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS: Full-time position based in Pittsburgh, PA Initial training in Morgantown, WV (90 days or less) before transitioning to Pittsburgh Flexible schedule based on client needs and service calls As our Lead HVAC Service Technician, you'll be the face of our company-building trust with homeowners, diagnosing heating and cooling issues, and delivering customized solutions with precision. As you arrive at a client's home, you'll engage with them to understand their heating and air conditioning needs, provide expert recommendations, and execute top-tier repairs and installations. You'll also mentor junior technicians, contribute to training initiatives, and work closely with the team to maintain our industry-leading reputation. Whether troubleshooting complex systems, educating homeowners, or collaborating with colleagues, you play a critical role in delivering the absolute best in heating and air conditioning services.

Requirements

Experience as an HVAC technician
Relevant certifications and licenses
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
Willingness to complete training in Morgantown, WV (90 days or less) before transitioning to Pittsburgh
