WHAT THIS LEAD HVAC INSTALLER JOB ENTAILS Schedule: This is a full-time position with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview! Day-to-Day: Review project details and ensure the crew has the necessary tools and materials Lead residential and light commercial system installations, ensuring industry standards and customer satisfaction Train apprentices, troubleshoot issues, and delegate tasks efficiently Maintain a clean, professional worksite upon completion

Requirements

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components
• Proficiency in soldering techniques
• NATE certification

Responsibilities
