About The Position

We're looking for a Lead Installer to lead our most complex projects, mentor junior team members, and own the entire installation process from start to finish. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• A solid understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration.
• Ability to install, braze, and evacuate line sets and wire all controls and thermostats without supervision.
• Solutions Driven problem-solver and a Humbly Confident leader.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of complex residential and commercial installations.
• Guide and train junior installers, helping them grow their skills and build good habits.

• Provide a high-quality, professional experience for every customer as the face of Edelman on the job site.
