About The Position
The Lead Installer is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. This role involves direct communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, training other installers, and assisting management with audits and planning. The Lead Installer works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager, promoting products and services while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.
