Lead HVAC Installer/Technician
About The Position
DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer/Technician to join a dynamic team in the East Point, GA. area. Salary Range: $33hr - 36hr (+OT) Base Schedule: M - F, 7am - 4pm Benefits: listed below Key Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Perform routine maintenance on existing systems Required to work well independently and the ability to keep from one (1) to three (3) apprentices productive Collaborate with team members to design and implement HVAC solutions N.A.T.E. certification preferred but not required E.P.A certification preferred but not required Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls
Requirements
- Experience in residential/commercial retrofit/replacement - small split heat pumps and gas furnaces, mini-splits, package units on the ground, roof top package units, water source heat pumps, VAV boxes, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and pumps.
- 3+ years proven experience in HVAC installation or related field service work
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerant (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Physical Stamina and dexterity to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including climbing ladders and heavy lifting
Nice To Haves
- N.A.T.E. certification preferred but not required
- E.P.A certification preferred but not required
