The Role As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will perform residential HVAC installations while ensuring systems are installed safely, correctly, and to company standards. This role focuses on craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong communication skills
• EPA Type II certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• NATE certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Must own HVAC installation tools
• Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to operate service vehicles

• NATE certification preferred
