About The Position
As the Workday Lead HRIS Analyst, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the core Workday HRIS/HCM system. You will manage a team of HRIS professionals and collaborate with business leaders to drive the continuous enhancement of Workday functionality, ensuring the system supports business processes and operational growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing the system, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring seamless integration across HR functions to improve efficiency and scalability. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's capabilities, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to guide your team through complex system implementations and optimizations. You will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of HR systems with business objectives and will play a critical role in driving change and innovation in HR technology.
